Casino Slips and Falls

The most important thing to realize about a casino slip and fall case is that your fall was most likely captured on video surveillance. Casinos have surveillance cameras both inside & outside and will review it many times over before accepting liability. If you’ve fallen in a casino, make sure an incident report is made & that you specify the exact condition that caused you to fall. Was it a problem with the carpet? Liquid on the marble floor? A tripping hazard? Etc… It’s also a good idea to use your cell phone to take a photo of the condition while you’re still on the scene.
